What kind of generator you can supply?
At present, our main products are SG and KAL series, the power range covers 6.5KW ~ 1800KW, this series of generators have single bearing and double bearing structure form, can be matched with various brands of engines at home and abroad SG, KAL series have 164/184/224/274/314/354/404/454, a total of 8 machine base.
Why does the KAL increase power?
KAL generators have been designed with electromagnetism to improve electromagnetic efficiency and a heat dissipation design to increase heat dissipation by 15-30%. With better heat dissipation, the temperature rise of the windings will be lower and the power will naturally increase.
Do you provide OEM services?
We have a dedicated R & D team focusing on the design of the factory, so we can definitely provide OEM services. We are looking for OEM/ODM manufacturers in this industry. We can produce what you want and have a custom design printed to your specifications. We are also able to provide neutral name plates and neutral test reports.
What is the difference between KAL and SG generators?
The KAL generator is similar in appearance to the SG generator, but has a shorter fuselage and has been improved by innovations in electromagnetic design, heat dissipation and structural design.The KAL series, which took more than 5 years and millions of dollars to develop, finally went on sale in 2022 as a more cost-effective generator.
Are your generators suitable for harsh environments?
Standard Operating Environment for Generators:
- Altitude:<=1000 m
- Ambient Temperature:>-15℃, <40℃
- Relative Humidity :<90%
Any use environment beyond these conditions is a harsh use environment, which then needs to be raised when ordering and we can take appropriate protective measures to meet the requirements.
Why are KAL generators lighter, is it because they use less copper wire?
Compared to SG generators, the new electromagnetic design and heat dissipation design allow the generator to produce higher power with the same length of core, therefore, for the same power output, KAL generators can use shorter iron cores (silicon steel sheets) and correspondingly less copper wire. This, in combination with the structural design, results in a lighter overall motor.
